Good quality data is needed to ensure that pharmacists provide safe and efficient care to patients. This webinar will explore the importance of data for pharmacists in this current era. It will also highlight the key concepts of quality data and information, the importance of interoperability in modern healthcare, and an overview of data use in pharmacy practice. Data competency allows pharmacists to make evidence-based decisions, improve medication therapy, predict patient outcomes, and optimize the overall efficiency and safety of healthcare delivery.
