We will discuss the relationship between oral health and non-communicable diseases, such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and kidney disease, highlighting the need for a holistic approach to wellness. Evidence-based oral hygiene recommendations tailored for effective periodontitis management will also be explored.
