Online leadership development course for academic pharmacy leaders

Enhancing academic horizons in trying times is FIP’s first-ever online leadership development course and developed by FIP together with the AACP (American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy) to support current and aspiring academic pharmacy leaders to navigate pandemic responses successfully at their institutions and countries. The course programme is uploaded to the FIP online learning platform, FIPx, and FIP AIM Members are offered special registration fees to join this online course.

You can complete the course modules at your own pace and receive your certificate of completion. And after completing the course and receiving your certificate, you may still return to it and watch all the presentations again to find a new perspective and enriching information on navigating a crisis successfully.

FIP AIM Chair, Pierre Moreau says “The course includes modules on the impact of COVID-19 on pharmacy education and the needs created during this pandemic, the growing importance of digital health and digital leadership, and what does the future holds in terms of education in general and pharmacy education in particular. This 4-module series is a great opportunity for seasoned and emergent academic leaders to reflect on what we all lived during the past months and likely to experience for several months/years ahead.”
