The development of a competency framework for pharmacy technicians will set a new standard for the workforce to consider, support and monitor the pharmacy support workforce. The aim of the project is to facilitate and enable the sharing of relevant knowledge, skills and professional development tools for all pharmacy support workforce, across countries and regions.
