Self-Perception and Professional Empowerment - Shaping the Future of Pharmacy Education, Policy, Advocacy, and Global Health Impact

29 January 2026

Healthcare globally is experiencing significant changes driven by workforce shortages, digital health innovation, regulatory changes, and broader shifts in the healthcare industry. These forces are reshaping future pharmacist roles and creating new opportunities for pharmacists to engage in advocacy, health policy development, and global leadership. This webinar explores the evolving role of the pharmacist as a policy influencer and systems-level leader, with explicit alignment to the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) Global Vision for Pharmacy and Workforce Development Goals. Participants will examine emerging and non-traditional roles, practical advocacy pathways, and strategies to strengthen the pharmacy’s voice in local, national, and international health policy decision-making.
